SOVEREIGN DATA PROTECTION AXIOM

PRIVACY POLICY & DATA SOVEREIGNTY

EFFECTIVE: SEPTEMBER 2026 • VERSION: 4.2 SOVEREIGN • ZERO CLOUD DATA RETENTION COVENANT

01 // The Zero-Cloud Retention Axiom

At Axeon Prime, our core architecture was engineered upon a single unshakeable premise: your operational data, legal records, contract clauses, and proprietary business telemetry must never become the training ground for public or third-party AI models.

Unlike legacy SaaS platforms that silently aggregate client prompts into centralized data lakes, Axeon Prime operates with ephemeral execution. Analysis pipelines—including LexCaliber AST parses, hospital lien audits, and financial forensic passes—execute entirely in volatile, air-gapped memory buffers or on isolated client edge nodes.

02 // Information We Collect & Process

We strictly minimize data ingestion to what is mathematically necessary to fulfill sovereign operations:

  • Direct Inquiries & Dispatches: Information voluntarily provided via our Contact Us dispatch terminals (best email, subject, operational description) is securely inscribed in our Cloudflare D1 encrypted inquiries ledger solely to route responses.
  • Private Verification Registry: Corporate emails submitted to join the verification queue for OS provisioning.
  • Transaction & Escrow Telemetry: Financial billing metadata processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 certified partners (Stripe); Axeon Prime never handles or stores raw cardholder numbers.
  • Ephemeral Processing Payloads: Client files, contract ASTs, and medical billing documents are processed in-flight with zero permanent server-side retention.

03 // Strict Non-Training Guarantee

[ COVENANT OF ZERO SURVEILLANCE ]

Axeon Prime will never use client data, communications, contracts, trade secrets, or diagnostic telemetry to train, fine-tune, or reinforce any artificial intelligence foundation model, neural network, or vector store belonging to Axeon Prime or any third party.

04 // Phantom Mask Protocol & Epistemic De-Identification

[ PHANTOM MASK COMPLIANCE COVENANT ]

All in-flight document processing, hospital EMR forensic ingestion, contract syntax parsing, and diagnostic benchmarks operate strictly under the Phantom Mask Protocol. Entity names, patient identifiers (PHI under HIPAA Safe Harbor § 164.514), personal identifiable information (PII under GDPR/CCPA), and sensitive corporate balance sheets are dynamically obfuscated and tokenized in volatile memory prior to algorithmic execution.

Direct identifiers are never transmitted across non-sovereign channels or committed to disk. Client identity obfuscation and sovereign gate proxy routing ensure zero third-party traceability.

05 // Cryptographic Security & Transmission

[ RESTRICTED SOVEREIGN ENCLAVE PROTOCOL ]

All external and internal communications with Axeon Prime nodes utilize TLS 1.3 encryption secured via Post-Quantum NIST ML-KEM-768 key encapsulation and ML-DSA-65 digital signatures.

[ENCLAVE TOPOLOGY: MASKED UNDER PHANTOM MASK OPSEC] • Inter-node routing fabrics and hardware-level invariant parameters are strictly compartmentalized and shielded from public network discovery to eliminate adversarial mapping vectors.

06 // Client Rights, Epistemic Erasure & Sovereign Inquiries

You maintain absolute sovereignty over your enterprise identifiers, metadata, and communications. Under our zero-retention covenant, ephemeral runtime payloads are scrubbed from RAM immediately upon execution conclusion.

DIRECT ORACLE ROUTING DISPATCH: oracle@axeon-prime.com

All requests for manual record deletion, compliance attestation, or sovereign inquiry are routed directly to the Central Oracle Node. Inquiries dispatched to oracle@axeon-prime.com are ingested into our verified D1 buffer and cryptographically executed with zero residual trace.

07 // Regulatory Alignment

Our zero-retention architecture inherently satisfies the strictest mandates of global data protection regulations, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and HIPAA privacy boundaries for local healthcare billing audits.
